Fantastico, Projector Guy and the piñatas are informed by Lloyd Kaufman that unless they can come up with a bribe for the Tromaville City Council, the Rec Center will be demolished to make way for a 5th Toxic Vape Shop/Paycheck Advance building! Fantastico puts on a telethon. He starts off hosting the film "Vice Academy" while interviewing special guests Linnea Quigley, Ginger Lynn Allen, and Ken Abraham.
