October's Queen, Britton Buchanan's new single, is his love letter to Halloween and to the films that completely engulfed his consciousness as a young kid. With a lyric written about a teenage girl finding empowerment through watching classic '80s scream queens and modern pop production that pays tribute to the scores of John Carpenter and Howard Shore, October's Queen is a modern, mainstream, and a universal ode to a subject near and dear to Buchanan himself.
