Fantaspoa is Brazil's first ever genre film festival and for the last 11 years has been one of the most interesting film festivals in all of Latin America! In 2014, Lloyd was honoured with a retrospective of some of his and Michael Herz Troma movies.
While in Brazil, Lloyd had the opportunity to pick the brains of some of the most influential filmmakers working today. Among the many people at the festival was the prolific composer Simon Boswell, with whom Lloyd was lucky enough to talk to later in the day.
