Eddie Nieves was the most successful meteorologist in Puerto Rico. After being fired due to a humiliating situation his career, as well as his relationship with his son, are shattered. Trying to reinvent himself, he launches a brand of men's hair gel called  Dandy. A filmmaker follows him and documents this new stage in his life.
